As the first phase of the COVID-19 pandemic was spiking in March, across the country and locally here in Ohio, shelter in place orders put many businesses and services on hold. Timeless Events Photography was affected, as well. This time was also an opportunity for us to reflect and plan for the future.

Like many other businesses in the services industry, we, too, had to "pivot". We are doing our part to minimize the spread of COVID-19 and provide a safe experience for our customers and our staff. To do this, we have developed and adopted these pandemic protocols:

• Appointments between our staff and customers/clients will be conducted by phone or virtually.
• Our staff will wear masks and practice social distancing (maintaining a six foot distance) onsite of event coverage and portrait sessions.
• We expect customers/clients to mask-up and respect social distancing during events and sessions until the moment of photographic capture of planned/staged/instructed pictures.
• All studio equipment/props that customer(s)/client(s) contact will be properly sanitized before, between or after sessions.
• Timeless Events Photography reserves the right to assess capture conditions related to number in attendance, indoor vs. outdoor or small room vs. large room with regard to CDC or state COVID-19 guidelines and can refuse work for the safety of our staff.

Timeless Events Photography is happy to support your photography needs during these unique times. Our specialties include event photography, high school senior portrait and professional head-shot photography. Watch out for upcoming specials on each!
